We had really good communication with Lucia who had organised our transfers from the airport. We were delayed so arrived late at night. Lucia welcomed us like family and showed us up to the apartment. What a welcome! To be greeted with a bottle of wine and a tray of savoury pastries was wonderful! We were hungry and tired so were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy some food and the amazing view. Other goodies were found in the fridge…. Water, orange juice, strawberries, milk and the most delicious cake. Again thank you so much. The apartment was spotless and really well furnished. Equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We did cook a couple of nights. Supermarkets were close by for any shopping you need. Lucia sent us details of her favourite restaurants. We did find the food and service amazing when we ate out. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Lucia the host. Would definitely stay there again.Thank you! A wonderful apartment and holiday in Puerto Pollensa. Will use Illa rentals again.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Close to centre of town and with a great view over the marina. Very quiet as the road outside is closed at night. Lucia makes you very welcome and left a generous welcome pack which kept us going for a few days. Only note of caution is that it is not for those with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to climb.

From start to finish the service we received from Lucia was first class we couldn’t have asked for anything more !!

The apartement was very nice and spaceous with a very good location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lucia was a great host who answeared very promptly whenever we had any questions.

What a fantastic apartment!!!!!!! Overlooking the marina and central to everything, lots of lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep and of course the beach just across the road. The host Lucian was absolutely amazing and nothing was any trouble, she is always ready and willing to help with any questions you might have and has lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to go, Lucia even provided us with some fresh water and a few beers, fruit and some food from the local bakery and was there to meet us as we arrived. We would recommend this place to everyone because it was that nice and I would rate this place and Lucia 10/10 we had an absolutely lovely stay and would love to come back really soon

Great apartment in the center of town overlooking the marina. Pictures and descriptions are all accurate. We had originally booked another Airbnb nextdoor for 6 nights but left after 1! We are so fortunate to have found this apartment. The communication was excellent and continuous. Offering restaurant recommendations as well as checking in to make sure we were doing ok throughout our stay. 5stars!

This is a wonderful rental in an ideal location! The place is exactly as advertised and Lucia sat down with us and a map to show us some destinations to see! The bedrooms have ample space and closets (galore!) and the patio is so wonderful to have after a day at the beach!

The apartment is managed by Lucia at Illa rentals who is the best host we have ever had. Lucia was in touch when ever we needed her and helped a great deal with our arrival and stay. The apartment is as advertised, is clean and well equipped with an ideal location beside the marina.I cannot thank Lucia enough. From the beginning Lucia was helpful, friendly and polite where nothing was too difficult for her. She really made a difference to our short stay. So thank you so much.

Excellent stay with an excellent host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable with many lovely touches! Apartment is incredibly well placed and very modern.

Spacious, clean duplex accommodation decorated in a minimalist style. Very centrally located yet quiet (end of April) and great views of the harbour. Uncomplicated and friendly handover by Lucia, who also provided me with good tips. The stay in Puerto de Pollenca and in this accommodation was great.

Recommended, superb location in middle of Port Pollencia and overlooking the sea. Lucia is an excellent host, good communication and provided some food/wine on arrival, as we'll as local tips on places to go, which was very kind of her. We also had a baby with us and she provided a travel cot all setup for us on arrival. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend.

This was an amazing apartment. It was in a perfect location, had great facilities. Lucia was so helpful with everything from our initial booking, to any questions prior to our arrival and was so lovely to us. We had an amazing little food welcome package which is so appreciated when you have arrived from an early flight. I would highly recommend this apartment. Great location, great view, great apartment and lovely host.

The apartment is nice and with perfect location and great view to the sea. Just a couple of minutes from the beach and amounts of bars and restaurants. The host is very welcome, friendly and ready to share with you all the advises you may need. There were a lovely fruit plate and delicious local cake in the apartment when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place for the Familie. It is enough space for everybody and the small kitchen is very well equipped.

We had a great week in this apartment. An amazing view of the marina, walking distance to the beaches and all the bars and restaurant. The air conditioning was great during the very hot weather which was a huge bonus. Lucia was great and left us with some lovely Majorcan treats along with beer, wine and milk in the fridge. Ein sehr schönes Apartment das den Fotos vollständig entspricht. Lucia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns prima Tipps gegeben hat. Außerdem hat sie uns mit einem typisch spanischem Imbiss begrüßt sowie Obst, Getränken usw. für den Urlaubsstart. Perfekt! Am Morgen haben wir es genossen vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, der Ausblick ist wirklich großartig. Zum Strand muss man nur schräg über die Straße gehen und auch alles weitere was man im Urlaub benötigt liegt praktisch vor der Haustür. Die Terrasse zum Hafen hin ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrassen der Nachbar-Appartements grenzen direkt daran, sodass man hier etwas Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen sollte. Es ist ein tolles Apartment das wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können.

The apartment is clean, modern and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a terrace with has fantastic views of the marina and the view from the main bedroom is just outstanding. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants very close to the apartment and the nearby beach is beautiful, soft sand and very sheltered. Lucia was very helpful with recommendations and check in and out was seamless.

Amazing apartment and an amazing host.

A great central location perfect for restaurants and beach. Parking straight across the road and even though in the middle of town surprisingly quiet. Lovely balcony view of the marina. Lucia was a great host and very helpful. No complaints at all. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, there was plenty of room and kitchen facilities came in useful.

Opholdet i Lucias lejlighed var rigtig godt. Beliggenheden er helt i top midt i Port de Pollença – med skøn udsigt over havet og marinaen, og ikke mindst med solopgang over bjergene. Lejligheden er ren og velholdt med elegant og stilren indretning. Fint, nyt køkken, men lidt sparsomt service og køkkengrej (hvis man ønsker at lave mad selv).

The pictures of the apartment and the views do not do it justice. In terms of location the apartment is as good as it gets, with everything literally at the bottom of the stairs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is large and very well equipped. The kitchen has all the facilities you require if you want to eat in, and dining on the balcony overlooking the harbour and beach is as good as it gets. The bedrooms are large and the view from the master bedroom is stunning. Lucia our host was excellent and very easy to contact if needed. She very thoughtfully left us a welcome pack in the fridge and it was very much appreciated. Shops numerous, restaurants and bars are all within easy reach, there is a restaurant downstairs but there is little or no noise from that or the street. There was plenty to keep my wife and I and two teenage boys fully occupied for the week we were there. We hired a car, but it wasn’t needed, public transport is really easy, cheap and efficient. If you do want to travel, there are car hire places within a minutes walk; it’ll also save you the hassle of looking for parking spaces which are pretty limited. Overall a great apartment in a fantastic location in a beautiful place.

“This apartment is ideal for a family of 4 wanting to stay close to the beach and restaurants of Puerto Pollenca. Upon our late arrival (2230) we were greeted by Lucia with a fridge full of fresh fruit, ham, cheese, water and a traditional Mallorcan pastry. There was also a refreshing bottle of San Miguel which was mucho needed. The apartment has all the necessities needed and is a stones throw from the beach. Lucia spent time recommending restaurants to eat in and activities to try. I would definitely recommend this apartment and host for a lovely holiday in Mallorca. 5 STARS all round.” 

Estuvimos diez días en el apartamento y solo puedo decir cosas buenas, las fotos corresponden exactamente a la realidad, la limpieza es de 10, la ubicación es inmejorable, la playa está a escasos 50 metros, y muy cerca de supermercados, parada de autobús, bares, restaurantes y lo mejor el paseo de los Pinos, que rodea una gran parte del puerto donde los paseos por la tarde son muy agradables. El apartamento es muy espacioso, y tiene una terraza divina con vista al mar, todo en el apartamento funciona correctamente, desde el aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavavajillas, la ducha, todo! Lucia fue muy paciente en esperarnos para entregar las llaves y mostrarnos el apartamento, ya que llegamos un poquito tarde por retraso del vuelo, nos recibió de muy buen humor y tuvo el gran detalle de hacernos la primera compra del supermercado en cortesía. Sólo me queda decir que verdaderamente estuvimos como en casa y que 10 días ahí fueron pocos, la próxima vez trataremos de quedarnos ¡más tiempo! 

Lucia gave us a very warm welcome to the apartment (with a complimentary welcome package laid out) and to Port de Pollensa. We felt at home from the start right through to the end of the holiday. Lucia, was always on hand to answer any questions and had some great recommendations on the local area. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, light and has a fantastic balcony overlooking the harbor. I highly recommend this apartment and Lucia as a host. I am already looking to book to go back!

Das gebuchte Appartement war sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Lucia hat uns freundlich empfangen und für die erste Zeit ein paar Köstlichkeiten bereitgestellt. Es hat vom Ablauf her alles gut geklappt.

Die Wohnung wurde zu unseren Gunsten in ein Upgrade auf eine etwas größere Wohnung geändert. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich, mit einem super Blick über den Hafen. Lucia war eine super Gastgeberin, hat uns viele Tips gegeben und uns mit einer super Erstausstattung an Speisen und Getränken verwöhnt, dafür noch einmal vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
